| Dear Les, I am writing to you as I am the Learning Centre Manager at Coton House in Rugby. I understand you have made a provisional booking for August 31st and September 1st 2012 to hold your annual college reunion. Unfortunately, Royal Mail has taken the difficult decision to sell Coton House Management Centre due to a fall in the numbers of people using the site. In October this year we announced that we would not be taking bookings for overnight accommodation and meeting rooms after the end of December 2011. I’m afraid we will not be able to facilitate your booking at the scheduled time. However we may be able to offer a day booking in January 2012, although overnight accommodation will no longer be available at this time. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. The catering staff by Quadrant ( Manager Bill Pollock who handled the reunion in 2005) ) advises they can do lunches for parties up to the end of January 2012 only Monday to Friday, no weekend options, no overnight stay options as that has now finished - choice of 3 dishes and vegetarian - if any ex Cotonians wish to avail themselves of a last visit contact Stephanie on :- Coton House please contact the Conferencing Team (Stephanie) on 01788 512161.
